The products were characterized by transmission electron microscopy,selected-area electron diffraction,scanning electron microscopy,and X-ray powder diffraction. The amorphous Fe-group and rare earth alloys nanotubes with outer diameters of 250-320 nm and length up to 30μm were obtained.
产物经透射电子显微镜及选区电子衍射、扫描电子显微镜、电子能谱仪和X--射线粉末衍射仪的表征,结果表明该法可以制备外径约为250-320 nm,长度约为30μm的铁族合金和稀土合金非晶态纳米管。
